14-Day Clear Mind and Body Plan- This program is designed to help you elevate your health and your lifestyle all at once. The goal is to provide a space for you to gain a deeper understanding of how food affects the way you feel while resetting your digestive system and releasing toxins and excess bloat from your tissues. By the end of the 14 days, you will feel lighter, cleaner, and more focused.
Step-by-step guide
So much can happen in just 14 days. You can increase your metabolism, detoxify, enhance mental clarity, re-energize, sleep better and so much more! This program includes a complete guide for building a newfound relationship to food, one that sets you up for continued healthy living. This guide is something you can go back to any time you need to revisit your goals and feel better.

We’ll meet for 1 initial assessment and 2 follow-up sessions. Sessions are conducted over video or phone from the comfort of home. Together we’ll create a plan to get you back to feeling your best.

Holistic Health Transformation
The 90-Day Intensive- This program is designed to help you become the expert in knowing what to do, and how to eat to thrive for life. The goal is to fine-tune all aspects of your nutrition, eating patterns, lifestyle habits, and thought patterns to foster a greater sense of well-being. You are going to have different rituals, different habits, and feel totally transformed in your body and life.
7-part health plan
It can be so easy to get off track with busy schedules, family, jobs—but when we take the time to care for ourselves and feel great, we can show up so much more in everything else we do. This program takes into account your unique lifestyle, health history, and personal story. We’ll focus on nutrition, sleep, stress, emotional well-being, social support, spirituality, and movement.
Includes 12 sessions
We’ll meet for 12 sessions over a period of 90 days. All sessions are 60 minutes and conducted over video or phone from the comfort of home. Together we’ll create a plan to support long-term goals.
